How do I know which window style is best for my home?

Do you offer professional installation, or can I install the windows myself?

We do not offer installation services, but we can connect you with local professionals, including past customers who provide installation. Many of our customers also choose to install the windows themselves, and we’re happy to provide guidance on the process

What is the typical lead time for vinyl windows?

The typical lead time for vinyl windows is at most one week, it varies per location.
• Vermont Location: Clear & Loe-2 Windows (2-3 days)
• Pomona location: Clear, Low-e 2, Low-e 3 windows have a lead time of about 1 week at most

Are the vinyl or aluminum windows Fire-Rated?

Our windows are not fire-rated. They are designed for durability, energy efficiency, and style, but they do not meet fire-resistant classifications.

Can you replace just one window, or do I need to replace them all?

You can replace a single window or multiple windows as needed. We manufacture high-quality vinyl and aluminum windows to fit your project, whether it’s a single replacement or a full home upgrade.

Do you offer warranties on your windows?

How should I maintain and clean my windows?

Regularly clean your windows using a soft cloth or sponge with water, making sure to wipe both the interior and exterior glass, as well as the frame. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could cause damage. Periodically inspect window seals for cracks or gaps that may affect energy efficiency and check frames for signs of wear, especially around joints or seals. If you have vinyl windows, watch for discoloration or warping. Keep window tracks and hardware free from dust, dirt, and debris by cleaning them regularly. For sliding windows, apply a silicone-based lubricant to ensure smooth operation.

Are your windows customizable in terms of color, size, and design?

Yes, our windows are customizable in terms of size, design, and color. We offer colors like white, almond, and black (lead times may vary), with additional custom options such as glass options and grid style options. We can help you find the perfect fit for your home’s style and needs.

Are the vinyl or aluminum windows Energy Star rated?

Our windows are not Energy Star rated. They are designed for durability, energy efficiency, and style, but they do not meet fire-resistant classifications.
